- Service refers to the Application.
- Service Provider means any person or entity who processes data on behalf of the Company.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically from the Service infrastructure.
- You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
We may ask You to provide information including:

- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
- Reservation details including date, time, party size, seating preferences, and special requests (including dietary requirements where voluntarily provided)
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and diagnostic data.
On mobile devices, it may include device type, unique device ID, operating system, and mobile browser type.
Information Collected while Using the Application
With Your permission, We may collect location information to provide and improve features. You can enable or disable this at any time through device settings. Location data is processed only where You have provided explicit consent via device settings and/or in-app permissions.
We may also collect and process reservation-related information necessary to facilitate bookings with Restaurants. Such information may be shared with Restaurants strictly for the purpose of confirming, managing, or fulfilling reservations made through the Service.

- Manage Your Account
- Perform a contract
- Contact You (email, calls, SMS, push notifications)
- Provide news, special offers, and related information
- Manage Your requests

- Process and transmit reservation requests to Restaurants
- Enable communication between You and Restaurants regarding reservations

- With Restaurants, who act as independent controllers of reservation data once received, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy and legal obligations.
Retention periods are determined based on:
- necessity for service provision
- legal obligations
- dispute resolution requirements
- Account Information
- User Accounts: duration of the account plus up to 24 months after closure
- Customer Support Data
- Support tickets: up to 24 months after closure
- Chat transcripts: up to 24 months
- Usage Data
- App usage statistics: up to 24 months
- Server logs: up to 24 months
We may retain data longer for legal obligations, legal claims, your explicit request, or technical limitations (e.g., backups).
When retention periods expire, data is deleted, anonymized, or retained in encrypted backups for limited periods.
